Delete your XCue account

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account: phone number, email address and password.
• Your profile: name, username, profile photo, home club and favourite clubs.
• Your CueRoom posts, photos, comments and likes.
• Your notifications, push notification tokens and notification settings.
• Your open matches, join requests and the scores you reported.
• Your season rankings and statistics.

What is kept, anonymised [TO FILL: confirm the app works this way (it currently deletes immediately and permanently)]

• Results of matches you already played and tournament brackets you were part of, so your opponents' match histories and rankings stay correct. They no longer show your name or username.
• CueMind table pairing records, which are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Delete your account without the app

If you can't use the app, email support@strikex.dev from the email address registered on your XCue account. If you no longer have that email address, write from any address and give the phone number registered on your account.

Please include:

• The subject line "Delete my XCue account".
• Your XCue username.
• The phone number and email address registered on your account.
• A clear statement that you want your XCue account and its data deleted.

To protect your account we may ask you to confirm the request, for example with a code sent to your registered phone number or email. We complete deletion within 30 days and let you know by email when it is done.
